If you are thinking about reserving one of our pups - contact us! We are available anytime through phone call, text, or email.
If you fill out a contact form on our website, we will respond within 24 hours, along with a follow up text and phone call.
We'd love to hear about your dog experience, house/yard situation, and all about you! We would also like to know what gender, color, and coat length you are looking for in a German Shepherd.
We'll provide you with our recommendation based on what we have available and what your ideal GSD is. Our goal is to find the perfect puppy for every family, and we do our best to make the perfect match.

All of our puppies go home with limited AKC registration (breeding rights are potentially available, contact us if interested.)
Our pups go home dewormed, up to date on standard puppy vaccines, and healthy per a pre go-home veterinary checkup.
All of our pups go home covered by our two year health guarantee.
We don't routinely microchip, but we can upon request. Just ask!
We are available to answer any questions and address any concerns you might have once your puppy has joined your family. Pictures and puppy updates are ALWAYS welcome!

We require a $700 deposit to reserve your Lionheart Shepherds pup.
This deposit is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your German Shepherd.
Total cost depends on the parents, coloring, and coat length of the puppy. Contact us for more details!
We can accept payment through Zelle, Venmo, check, credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer with corresponding fees.
We will send you our contract and health guarantee for your review through DocuSign to make e-signing super easy and simple.

Puppies are chosen in the order deposits are received.
Families will choose their puppy when the litter reaches seven weeks of age.
From the very beginning we will keep you updated with photos and videos so you can watch the puppies grow week by week. Specifically, at six weeks, you will receive 4-5 photos of each puppy individually and at seven weeks a 2-4 minute video. This is when they will be closest to their ultimate structure and personality which makes it the best time for choosing. We will also offer personality assessment at this time so you can pick the perfect German Shepherd for your family.
Zoom or FaceTime calls are also an option!

We are located in central Tennessee, but offer delivery within two hours of our location completely free!
If you are not quite within that radius, we can drive further for a delivery fee, dependent on the distance.
If you don't live within a reasonable driving distance - don't worry! Our transportation team can hand deliver our pups anywhere in the US. Your puppy will not be flown alone in cargo under a plane. He or she will be handled by one of our puppy nannies who will deliver the puppy directly to your nearest major airport where they will meet you for pickup. The puppy will fly in a carrier, under the seat on the plane, and be with the nanny the entire time until placed in your arms. This is safe and stress free for everyone involved, including the pup! This is an additional fee. Inquire for more details.

Puppies will be ready to go home at eight weeks of age, per a clear health check performed by our veterinarian.
When the puppies reach six weeks of age, 50% of your remaining balance is due, and then the remainder at eight weeks when the pups go home. If we are boarding the puppy for you for an additional period of time, we still require full payment at eight weeks.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit card, debit card, or a bank transfer for final payment. If picking your puppy up in person, cash is an option as well. If you want to pay with check, final payment must be mailed in time for the check to arrive and clear. If we are flying your puppy out to you, we ask for payment within 24 hours of the flights scheduled take off time.
