Would you like to reserve a puppy, but are just not sure of the process? Is it complicated? I am here to say, don’t worry! Our process is super simple, and I will lay it out as clearly as I can for you here! We want your experience to be as effortless as possible, so you won‘t have to spend one minute worried about what to do next!
Contact us! This is very simple, and will connect you with us right away so we can answer any questions or concerns you might have before deciding to move forward! We know adding a new pup to the family is a big decision, and takes time, research, and effort! We are here to answer any questions you have that will help aid your decision toward choosing your ideal puppy.
Once you have contacted us, we’ll likely discuss the gender, coloring, and coat length (long or short) you are looking for in a puppy. If we have a pup that fits your wishes, we may discuss your location and timeline in regards to when you were hoping for that new friend to join your family! We also have our Purchase Contract and Health Guarantee you can read over before making a decision.
Everything look good? You’re ready to move forward! We’ll grab your signature on those documents, and we will sign them as well. We require a small deposit up front in order to reserve your baby, with the remainder due in payments at six and eight weeks. We can do PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, a bank transfer, or a check in the mail to reserve your pup!
If we don’t have your perfect pup available when you contact us, you’ll want to get on our waitlist! Our waitlist is so easy to hop onto, and always ends up working out great for our families. But that’s a blog post for another time…
First come, first serve. The first one to put a deposit down on a specific gender gets first pic of that gender once the time comes to pick out your pup! For instance, if we have three short coat males available, and you have put down your deposit to reserve one before anyone else, you will get FIRST pick of all three males! And so on and so forth :)
Sit back and relax! You are in good hands. We will send you documents with ALL the information you will need to get you ready for your new playmate! We will continue to keep you updated with photos and videos of your baby as they continue to grow. Then, and all too fast for us, it’s time for your pup to go home. This is the sad time for us, but the BEST time for you!! It’s all been worth it, and your baby is finally in your arms.
Ready to reserve YOUR Lionheart Shepherd? Well, head back to that first step - contact us!
Told you! Easy peasy!
(Chandler, one of our pups with his new family!)
